Refund policy
Eligible Items: Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned. Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible. If a unique circumstance does happen, where you are not satisfied due to a mistake on our end, we will offer an exchange or refund.
Time Frame: All return requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date, as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information.
Procedure:
a. Contact Customer Support at info@316smokenow.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Await email from Customer Support, and receive your refund.
Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, eligible refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within ten (10) business days.
Final Determinations: All return eligibility determinations, refund approvals, and policy exceptions rest solely with 316 Smoke Now. This policy is subject to change without notice.
